Consent Policy

Consent is central to every interaction on Zimingle.
1. EXPLICIT CONSENT: Both parties must explicitly agree to the activity type, location, duration, and boundaries before the booking.
2. REVOCABLE: Consent can be withdrawn at any time during an activity. Either party can end the session immediately.
3. BOUNDARIES: No means no. Any attempt to pressure or coerce is grounds for immediate suspension.
4. DOCUMENTATION: All bookings include documented terms that both parties agree to.
5. REPORTING: Consent violations should be reported immediately through the app.
